Let it be known, From sunrise to sunset at the end of
each week there shall be held an auction of all legal
goods in the center of the Metropolis Square.

All Metropolitan citizens are welcome to buy and sell
any legal ware freely, subject to a 10% merchant tax
to be paid to the Metropolis Treasury, due in full at
time of sale.

Valid Proof of Metropolis Citizenship is required for sale
and purchase regarding all transactions.

Any merchant found in violation is subject to immediate
penalties ranging from severe fines and seizure of goods
to summary public execution."
